Caretaker/Cleaner - 4 Day Week -  Permanent Role - 30 hours a week. £16517.95 per Year! (£10.58 per hour) Immmediate Start. 33 Days Holidays. Discretionary leave between Christmas and New Year. Pension Scheme. Employee Assistance Programme.

Our client is looking for someone who has General Maintenance and Cleaning experience, to work remotely, have ability to carry out general repairs or notify Line Manager, to manage own time to ensure the job gets done.  To attend various housing sites and ensuring all public areas are clean and free of rubbish. Also to put out the communal bins on Bin Day. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Cleaning duties to be carried out in all public areas of the buildings.

Clean Driving License – Own Transport
